Hope: 3 Haiku, 1 Theme

My poetry challenge this month was to write three Haiku with one theme.

Lighthouse beam reflects

In the tidal pool out back.

Oh my aching hips.

Old bricks have crumbled.

Surrounded by scaffolding,

Lighthouse beam still gleams.

Scaffolding removed.

My new hips and her new bricks.

Lighthouse beam shine on!
